Poor sheet spacing and lamination are common problems in the welding process of battery sheets. How to deal with poor spacing and stacking of solar cells when EL detects solar cell welding.

1. When the pitch of the whole cell is bad, first of all, it is necessary to confirm whether the gap between the first two cells and the third cell in a continuous series is bad or the pitch of irregular cells is bad.

a) If the distance between the first two pieces and the third piece of the continuous string is not good, it can be corrected by modifying the Y value of the distance compensation value of the robot string.

b) If there is irregular inter-film spacing, it is necessary to check whether the 33 positioning cameras are abnormal, such as dirty lenses, improper focal lengths, and apertures, etc.

2. When dealing with lamination problems, first of all, it is necessary to observe whether the position of the presser is correct. If the presser cannot normally enter the avoidance groove of the welding head, and the presser recovery hand cannot pick up the presser normally, then we need to consider:

a) Whether the upper and lower positions of the rear movement are adjusted properly. When the upper position of the rear movement is too low, there will be a suction force between the magnetic steel of the presser and the support bar of the welding table, which will cause the presser to be affected by the suction during the backward transportation of the rear movement. Inability to move backwards normally with posterior movement;

b) Whether the front and rear movements of the rear movement are in place normally, the judgment of this problem can be found in the setting interface to find the operation interface of the front and rear motors of the rear movement, and then mark the zero position and stroke position of the rear movement respectively, move the fork after multiple reciprocating movements, and check Whether to stay at the marker each time.

3. When the presser can normally enter the avoidance groove of the welding head, and the presser can be picked up normally when recovering the presser, we need to observe whether the front indentation of the stacked cells is normal:

a) If the indentation of the front is not normal, it means that there is a problem in the cloth tape stage. At this time, we can consider whether the positioning camera is abnormal, whether the robot puts the film position correctly, whether the low position of H1 is too low and other factors.

b) If the indentation of the front side is normal, it means that the position of the battery sheet is normal when the sheet is laid, and it may be the lamination caused by the welding process or the process of moving to the next station after the welding is completed. When the soldering temperature is high and the soldering temperature is high, the back solder ribbon cannot be completely cooled after soldering. During the handling process after the soldering is completed, the excess tin is stuck in the guide groove of the soldering station module, which causes the presser to follow along during the backward transporting process.
